STEP 1:

Free Consultation

We begin with a no-obligation discovery call. This is your opportunity to share your ideas, goals, and must-haves. We’ll discuss site details, timelines, budget, and answer any early questions you may have.

From this initial conversation, we gain a clear sense of what you hope to achieve and how we can best support you.

STEP 2:

Brief Development & Site Review

Once you’re ready to proceed, we develop a tailored project brief to define the scope. We carry out a desktop review of your site and, where applicable, conduct a physical site visit to assess orientation, access, topography, and other design constraints or opportunities. This ensures that our approach is grounded in real-world practicality from the outset.

STEP 3:

Tailored Fee Proposal & Agreement

You’ll receive a bespoke proposal outlining the best package for your needs: either our Design-Only service or our Full Design & Build service. We clearly define deliverables, timelines, and fees. Once approved, we secure your slot in our design programme and set a realistic schedule for deliverables.

STEP 4:

Concept Design & Visualisation

The creative process begins. We explore up to three layout options, ensuring you have choices that reflect different possibilities for your space. Through professional 2D plans and 3D rendered visuals, we help you visualise the design in a tangible way. All options are reviewed together in a design meeting before we refine and finalise.

STEP 5:

Technical Drawings & Specification Pack

We translate your approved concept into a comprehensive design pack including:

  • Fully dimensioned, annotated architectural drawings

  • Materials and finishes specification

  • Performance and build notes

  • Services and utilities summary (if required)

You receive a PDF pack ready for planning submission, pricing, or contractor use — with DWG files available on request.

STEP 6:

Construction Coordination (if Full Design & Build)

If you opt for our end-to-end service, we remain actively involved throughout the construction phase. We coordinate with our trusted build team to:

  • Attend key site meetings

  • Review workmanship and material choices

  • Resolve queries and adapt designs as required

  • Maintain design integrity and ensure attention to detail on-site

We act as your creative guardian, ensuring your design vision is faithfully delivered.

Handover & Completion

The final stage includes a quality check, final design sign-offs, and official handover. You can relax knowing your space has been delivered with precision, care, and timeless design at its core.
