Construction Framework
We only sell Construction Timber we believe in and use in our own build projects. We have 2 different options of Construction Timber available that both have their own unique benefits and perform to a high standard. They are perfect support systems for our all-weather flooring, and a durable, hardwearing and practical solution for spaces exposed to damp, such as jetties, fishing platforms, pools, roof terraces and boardwalks.
We have a varity of board sizes avaiable as well as Construction Timber BMT – PEFC – 00356 70% PEFC Certified
If storage on site is a problem we can offer FREE stock holding so you can simply collect your stock as and when you need it!
PEFC Pressure Treated Softwood
The above boards are PEFC certified, C24 Kiln Dried, Regularised, Eased Edges. They are available in a range of sizes and can be purchased in packs. QTD understand that pruchasing TRADE packs is the most cost effective way of purchasing your materials, however the lack of storage can be an issue for some companies. Please contact us in regards to buying and storing your packs at our Yard and collecting what you need when you need it.

Millboard Plas-Pro Composite Sub Frame
The ideal companion for our all-weather flooring, and a durable, hardwearing and practical solution for spaces exposed to damp, such as jetties, fishing platforms, pools, roof terraces and boardwalks. Made from 100% recycled plastic, it won’t rot, split or crack.
Plas-Pro is made from 100% recycled plastic. Using selected graded materials and cleverly engineered processes, not only brings the key environmental benefits but the assurance of superior quality performance.
Being impervious to water ingress Plas-pro will not rot, swell or split, making it particularly suitable around water and damp environments such as jettys, fishing platforms, roof terraces and boardwalks ensuring a maintenance-free solution.

Millboard uses their small headed stainless screws called Durafix. There’s no pre-drilling or countersinking needed.

Cutting:
The boards can be cut with standard saw blades, although Millboard recommend a carbon-tipped, multi-purposed chop saw. Please note Millboard offcuts cannot be burnt and have to be sent to landfill sites.
